Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Great mid base layer
The Edge is a great mid base layer. I have used it on the golf course and the mountains of the Lakes and it keeps you very warm when used with a normal base layer. The only downside is that the sleeves are a little tight

Excellent piece of kit, warm, tight fitting and just the right length would recommend
Worn over an Edge base layer, and under a Berghaus Choktoi, this midlayer served me well stomping about during the Beast from the East. Especially liked the cuff design. I bought xxl, which was good in arm and body length (I am 6'3" and 15.5 stone). And only £14.40 too.
