Used this for the first time for a week's camping. Stayed perfectly cool throughout even in an intermittently 30 degree tent. Would supplement with ice packs if temp was consistently over 25 though.

Coolbox kept food cool however only after 1 day the 12v connection got very hot it burnt my fingers then melted the solder inside

We were skeptical as to how good this would be, I found it fantastic, used it on a 4 day camp and still the stuff was ice cold when we got home

Utterly useless, takes forever to cool drinks down and we’ve thrown more food away than we’ve eaten so far this holiday.
Want my money back so I can find a decent one

Very good when it's cold outside or inside the tent will keep everything nice and cold. However in the summer it is rubbing and doesn't keep anything cold or even cool it's luck warm which isn't good

This arrived without the 12v cable. I spoke to Go Outdoors who asked me to contact my local store to pick one up. When I spoke to the store they'd had someone just come into the store with the same problem. Go Outdoors were unable to supply a cable for the other person or me and weren't expecting to have any cables available. I spoke to Go Outdoors again and asked if they were able to reimburse me if I bought the cable....No! Because I bought mine using PayPal, I would have to take it to store, get proof of returns, photograph it, send it to Go Outdoors and only then get a refund. I kept it, bought the cable and then cut up my Go Outdoors membership card. One customer service agent was lovely but had no idea of the product and the other person I spoke to was positively 'off hand!' You pay your money and take your choice, this product was cheap and I paid the price! If it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't true.

Great for our weekend camping trips. It is noisy so we unplug it at night but items are still icy cold in the morning.

Got this 2 years ago and only used it 3 times. It now doesn't keep the food cold and never kept it that cold to start with. When using in the car I had it on cool but it actually heated everything,

I bought this particular model for the Eco Mode. I switch it to this mode at night and you can't hear a thing. Brilliant. And kept food cool for days. Highly recommend.

When plugged into the mains the unit operated with minimal fan noise, plugged it into the car and the noise was horrendous, there was a buzzing type sound like the fan was catching on something.

I used this on my last camping trip to Whitby. Each day when we went out we plugged the coolbox into the car each day. This kept the food cool until the following day. Would highly recommend it!

Worked well in the car, then we were able to plug it in in the hotel room and keep everything we needed to cool.
Perfect for an overnight break - we'll take this every time we go away now!

A good value product, plenty of space with its 24 l capacity.. works well both on 12 and 240v. Recommend this for couples or small families

Pretty spacious inside (held my gin bottle with room to spare). Was a bit noisy on max but as others have said it’s very quiet on eco mode. The weather wasn’t too hot for our trip but this kept all our food stuff nice and cold. Didn’t take up much room on the car either and great to have both 12V and 230v options. Just wished I’d bought it a few weeks earlier in the sale...

Bought this to use in our tent to stop runny butter and sweaty cheese, It was reduced so not overly expensive. We gave it an hour long test on full power in the house and it performed well.
In the tent, in temps of 26 to 28 degrees it was superb on Eco mode, keeping all the contents as per a normal fridge. It works better when full.
