These chairs are brilliant, nice and sturdy, but, we have 3 now and unfortunately they all came marked as did our friends. Bubble wrap should be placed around the arm rests for transit.

The chair itself is very comfy, easy to use but quite heavy. Unfortunately we had to send back, damaged chairs, scratches, cup holder missing, grooves on arms, bad stiching, and packaging was just a large plastic bag, taped up. Pictures show how our other chairs were delivered intact from a different company in boxes. Go out doors blue bag was supposed to be contacted again privately by company from Jordanstown tge review team nothing.???? customer service diabolical, warrington branch were very good and helpful, only to be let down by service centre.

Enjoying this brief spell of sunshine in my lovely new comfy lounger. Quite heavy (robust) and tricky to move but equally difficult to move from!! Would recommend
good quality loungers..very comfy
Shame that 1 of the loungers is missing the side table and instead of sending out another table I was told to send the lounger back..very annoying and surely not cost affective!
Having not used them yet these ratings are based purely on visual inspection in the lounge. Looking forward to using them soon
