Granger's Clothing 2-in-1 Clothing Wash & Repel provides great cleaning and durable waterproofing in just one wash.
It uses Acrylic Polymer Technology in place of C6 FC, still delivering a powerful cleaning action and reproofing in a single wash cycle.
Its powerful cleaning action, combined with the water repellency of APT, will enhance the performance of all your waterproof garments whilst saving time, energy and water - perfect for regular maintenance of your favourite outdoor kit.
Wash + Repel does require heat activation, ideally via a low temperature tumble dryer.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.

Tried this on multiple garments but was totally ineffective. Can't understand the manufacturers claims or th positive reviews
I'd rather stay dry, thanks.
If you like your waterproof gear to get you soaked, then this is the stuff for you. Follow the instructions, and you won't be disappointed. It's also cheaper than Nikwax, which is a bonus. If you prefer to stay dry, then sure, you could use Nikwax. But why would you want that?!

I've recently started using the Grangers all in one proofing and find it excellent. Having been confused over all the different products available for washing and waterproofing clothing, it was a nice surprise to find something that did it in on go and I'm not disappointed. Ive reproofed my five year old Mammut waterproof jacket and its as it was when new. Im very pleased
Works as intended, but read the instructions carefully!
I normally use Ecover delicate laundry liquid for washing and Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In for reproofing, but this was on offer. It seems to have done the trick but I haven't field tested it. I did place a non water resistant fabric garment I treated under a running tap and the water rolled off it reasonably well. I would suggest, as indicated by the instructions, tumble drying the treated garments with care and to whatever guidelines are on their label. I prefer partially air drying then use a hairdryer to activate the treatment and finish the drying process - time consuming if you got a lot of stuff but better than melting all your gear together by mistake.
