poor quality, opened the box to take it out and noticed straight away that the top part would not lock on the bottom part, turned it upside down and things started falling off, took it back and bought a telford unit which was about £20 more expensive, could see the difference in quality right away.

Our children really enjoyed not having to trail off to the site toilet block late at night and first thing when they got out of bed.
Well Built
Had this for a couple of years, and it does the perfect job. Never leaked as this previous reviewer has. The instructions does say for first use run some warm water thru it. We've always done this and so far, no issues. If anything the waste compartment is on the small side, but it does have an indicator so its never gonna overflow.
Broken
I bought one of these and the firsd time I used it, it leaked from the bottom part of the portaloo! I contactced customer services who then changed it by sending only a new part out. I could not exchange it in store. A few weeks later, in fact today, the 'flush' has now broken and I have to get in touch once again with customer services. I wish I had stayed with Thetford which I have in my motorhome.

Took camping a few times now, easy to use and easy to clean. Great value for the money
I bought this product on a whim for £25 and added the sanitary pack for another £15. What a great product. Done us proud camping for a week. Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. Sturdy, clean and the flush was excellent. Two adults (just number ones) and a five and six year old (number ones and twos) and it was perfect. Easy to clean and a see through indicator to see when it's approaching full. Can't understand when people put one star rating but then there are some unrealistic people out there. Great buy and does exactly what it says. 5 star plus!!!!!
