I bought this awning in 2017. used for 3 weeks, and again in 2018. this year when i tried to erect it,my fingers went through the roof and wall, ,making it unusable.waste of money ,shop not interested

Product is sold without support poles so is impossible to keep close to caravan even in light breezes.
Quick to slide onto rail and inflate but takes forever to peg down. No groundsheet or carpet either.

I purchased this to add extra room on my motor-home and like every one else was left without the side poles as they are not included (very poor show) I did manage to obtain some at a local caravan shop, but still feel it could do with more support in the roof so along with the roof middle pole it really could do with roof side poles. Still looking for those go outdoors not that helpful and don't always know enough about the products they sell quite disappointed in them.

Ok have used this awning 4-5 times now... is standing up well to what we want of it. From the other reviews here the sticking point is the rear poles. I did contact customer services and they did email back saying that they could get them for me - I replied and asked for a price for the poles - to date I have not had that information.
However, I must say that I am not a huge fan of so called "storm poles" as they can bang and rattle against your expensive caravan - I have opted for using "limpets" available widely- with a small hole punched into the rear wall flaps these items can stick to the wall of your van in much the sane way as the mount for your tomtom/garmin GPS i.e. suction applied by twisting the round wheel of the limpet. No damage to the van! I also use these to fix the wheelarch skirt to the caravan. SO PLEASE GO OUTDOORS... CAN YOU GET THESE IN STOCK??

We also bought this as a weekend awning as we didn't want the bother of putting the full awning up and taking it down a few days later.
It looks OK up and was quicker, obviously, than the full awning to put up but it flops against the side of the caravan.
There are obvious points to insert poles to give it rigidity but none supplied.
We wanted the awning to let the dogs sleep in, as they do in the full awning, but without chairs etc pushing against the sides they could of walked out.
Surely the poles should be supplied with the awning?.

Bought this 10/6 got back to our caravan to put it up to find one of the tie down attachments torn away..repackaged, back to go outdoors Southampton, no issues with the staff who replaced it. Finally put the awning up on the caravan! So..to review the awning...as far as blow ups awnings are concerned this is a very good price. Don't expect a top notch super thick material because it is exactly what it claims to be i.e.lite . it s were easy to put up but do follow the instructions till you have figured it out! Pitch time about 20 mins which is fine, suggest minimum of 2 people. Once up and pegged is very stable and isn't too upset by a stiff breeze. Roomy extra area for your caravan. All in all just what we were looking for, that is to say something that we can throw up for a weekend away. We have full awning and is too much work for a weekender. Recommend this if you just want to cover the caravan door from the element, and have an area to sit out and or store your stuff

Bought this awning because of the price. On reading the instructions there should be extra poles to assist in supporting it in inclement weather conditions. After making enquiries about these items i have been informed that I can't be supplied through go outdoors. Also they cannot suggest any suppliers. I am unhappy with the situation and may return the awning and consider purchasing a similar type from Winfield's.
