Make way for ladies who bbq
Yes we're out there: ladies who buy, construct and master a BBQ while the menfolk potter. I have never owned a BBQ, nevermind a charcoal BBQ but I am ecstatic and the rest of my family are planning numerous garden parties, following my purchase.
Straightforward to construct (but don't dream of constructing it and cooking in an evening if you're new to charcoal briquettes), it also requires a lighting and seasoning before the first real cook.
When you do BBQ, the quality shows distinctly. You certainly get what you pay for. Once you've mastered the quick starter chimney, cooking is a dream. The temperature is wonderful and everything I've ever cooked with it is pleasingly moist and yet cooked to perfection in no time at all. The temperature gauge gives reassuring information that your dinner is happily cooking while the lid is down. The ashes pleasingly collect in the bowl at the bottom of the drum and cleaning is just a grill brush and lid surface wipe away. I'm looking forwards to many a summer's BBQ ahead.

This BBQ is actually the 3rd one I've purchased (one in each house and this one is for my fathers 50th birthday). It's absolutely amazing, it's portable, it's easy to clean, it looks the business and above all, it's an incredible cooker. Whether to flame on or keep a lid on to let those succulent juices flow, this barbie is the master of both. Don't even bother with one of those two bit gas wuss out cooking machines because fire is a mans best friend, and a Weber lasts till the end. Now let's cook some goddam meat.
Not used yet but don’t doubt it will be excellent, as it’s been very cleverly designed and Weber have clearly used excellent quality materials. Recommend!
