Not recommended. The chair will readily collapse if you sit back on it without taking extreme care. The design is very poor. It should have some method of securing the legs to prevent it collapsing.

Best thing ever bought my step dad loves it it's soild and light weight just what he wanted

Found this seat will collapse as the rear legs folds up if you are if are not careful when sitting down as you can push the seat backwards which moves the rear legs forwards and they miss the slots that the fit into.

Light and strong

I have 2 of these chairs and have no complaints at all. I am a big lad and the chair is a dream to get in and out of and SO light !!! Added a strap from an old holdall and it perfect ... Even use the back of the chair when folded up to carry my landing net to the pegs ...

Bought this chair for my father in law all good on nice level ground but any sort of uneven be carefull it tips over really easy and at 79 years old it's not much fun picking him up off the floor good job it was a soft landing

Bought as a gift for someone, after searching and searching... this seemed a good deal as it has height adjustable legs and could be bought off the shelf same day rather than waiting for a delivery.
It's comfy and study - so it does exactly what it supposed to do.

Fantastic chair over the moon. Pity the delivery was pants. Was supposed to receive a voucher for all the hassle we had but no show. So I am not at all impressed with delivery or their promises. But the chair is great

Used this chair twice, both times on all day sessions and its worked a treat! Very comfortable and very light. The only negatives are that the back could be a little higher as there is nothing to rest my head on. But all in all i dont think you can get a better chair for the money.

Good alround chair

Comfy little chair but the back legs collapsed the second time using it. Will make do until I find another one.

Great chair for the price. Only prob was was that all nuts an holds were loose, tightened back up but the loosen up again not long after.

Purchased this chair, light weight and comfy but on the second time of using it the bolts fell out the arm and they all collapsed! Checked all the other nuts and bolts on the chair and I was lucky that they hadn't fallen out as they were also all loose. Not a great start to my fishing holiday and now I will have to fork out more money to get another one as the Oxford store can't get another one.

Good basic chair. No brainer really when the other 2 chairs in my shortlist were £80+.
Got this for less from Go Outdoors. Works well on uneven pegs - also managed to source generic adjustable chair attachments which fit a treat! Well done TFG!

As I said in my review for the TF Gear all season sleeping bag again Go Outdoors have got a quality item with this chair from TF Gear, if you are looking to renew or just need a fishing chair then this is the one for you, fully padded on the seat and backrest also the backrest is high giving you plenty back support along with a padded head rest, other features I like are the front legs are longer than the rear making it better on slopping swims, also all the legs are adjustable and have good size mud feet, and its also very light but with a sturdy frame, all this for less than £50 don't know how Go Outdoors do it, if they have one on display try it you will be amazed

swapped this chair for my old one, its a lot lighter and very easy to transport the legs extend very easy recommend
