Fabulous bed
Wow the first time I can sit on the edge of a camp bed and not have to fight my way off the floor!
Amazing, strong, great nights sleep.
only down side is it is rather heavy and large but result of great nights sleep totally counter balances the small downsides.
Great, Comfy Large Bed
Bought this for camping as wanted something really comfortable. This bed is really comfortable and the padded edges protect your legs/knees for bashing against the poles round the edges. The only thing to be aware of is it is massive (long and wide) - so you need to make sure it fits in your tent before buying!
So much more comfortable than a blow up mattress!
So firstly, I am not a fisherman. I am a runner and last year I did the Equinox24 running event as part of a large team and during the night when I was not running and supposed to be sleeping in my tent, I wasn't sleeping AT ALL! I was rigid with cold, lying on my blow up mattress inside my sleeping bag with lots and lots of clothes on. I don't think I slept even for 5 mins. Words cannot describe how miserable I was, even though I have been camping before and felt that I was prepared for it. So all year I have been thinking and worrying about what to do for this year's Equinox24 event and then I stumbled across these bad boys...bedchairs! Yay! So I bought this one, and I have just tried sleeping on it overnight in my living room to see what I thought and it was brilliant! I am only 5ft 2 so there is loads of spare room. The built in headrest was very very comfortable. Not sure whether I need a pillow or not as well but I may as well take one with me. In fact it was so comfortable I think I might camp for the two nights and not just the one night just because I can now. It folds up concertina style and has a strap to secure it. It does take up a bit of room but I will probably store it out in the summerhouse though I might also use it as a sun longer too. You can extend the legs at the head of the bed so you can sit up as well. Dark in colour so it shouldn't get too dirty. Feels very secure. No regrets whatsoever about purchasing it. Staff at the store were extremely helpful when I buying it.
