Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet.
Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Good shoes
I bought these shoes for walking not running, as Saucony shoes have the right kind of give in the insole (I like some bounce in my gait) and support my high arches. Which they deliver.
However agree that they do have some skid in the traction which is not ideal (and this was at a brisk walking pace). Also they do need wearing in, as they do feel a little snug to start with. A little tweaking with the laces and a bit of use and they're giving me the fit I need

Walking or running on any hard damp surface feels like being on ice. Wet pavements, & roads need to be treated with caution in these shoes. the grip looks good & is OK on dirt, just don't use them in the wet.
Very impressed and have bought a second pair in the sale
