Bubble float, 06 June 2014
By Edd (Gloucester)

See my review on the medium sized bubble float. I havent used this one yet. One thing i would say is if you want to fill the float with a lot of water and cast very far, you may need to secure to your line with shot. I tried using float stops but the weight of water pulled the float down the line towards the hook length. I wanted a foot or two of line between hook and float. Dont think that the bright colour of the floats will spook carp. They dont. I have caught carp at two lakes using the green colour. One 2 foot below the surface on bread. The other floating an expander pellet on the surface.
