The Helly Hansen Vista Jacket could easily be your new everyday winter cover. It's built using fully seam-sealed Helly Tech® Performance stretch fabric with Primaloft® Black ECO insulation so it's totally waterproof, windproof, breathable, very light and very warm. The articulated arm cut and stretch fabric make sure your movement isn't restricted, and mechanical ventilation lets you release easily if you overheat.
Other clever ski-specific features include a snap-away powder skirt, goggle pocket, the adjustable helmet-compatible hood, and of course the Recco® system for extra peace of mind on the mountain.

I thought this was a really nice jacket but with a few points that caused me to return - front pockets a bit too small to put hands in and a brief walk into the "Beast from the East" gave me a bit of a chill, and cold upper arms, not convinced a winter ski jacket, and with all the skiing (in Scotland) I have done in my Phoenix Gore Tex Jacket from 1992, I have never felt cold ! Wanted to like, but not for me
