The Dare 2b Women's Veracity Jacket will keep you dry and comfortable without restrictions, allowing you great freedom of movement in all weathers.It has a durable water repellent finish which causes water to bead and roll straight off, and has fully taped seams for extra protection against water ingress.
Articulated sleeves allow you to raise your arms without causing the jacket to ride up when you're moving, whilst the cuffs and hem are fully adjustable so you can seal yourself in from driving wind and rain.
There are plenty of pockets for your essentials and snack bars, including a zipped internal pocket with an MP3 port which gives you secure storage for your phone or music device.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.

Don't try to fasten the ends of the hood around your chin!
Another reviewer has noted that the bits that fasten round your chin are too short. That's because they aren't supposed to fasten around your chin. The ends of the hood go into little velcro pockets on the collar of the jacket to secure them when you have the hood attached. To remove the hood, you take the ends out of these velcro pockets and unzip the hood to detach it from the jacket.
Decent mid weight waterproof
This jacket is great for everyday use. It has kept me dry in torrential thunderstorms while dog walking and it looks great, definitely smart enough for work or wearing into town, with a flattering cut but enough room for a fleece, softshell or lightweight down jacket underneath when the weather is very cold.
Because it's fully lined, this jacket isn't particularly lightweight or packable so it isn't ideal for sticking in a daypack for days in the hills but it's a decent quality, comfortable jacket at a reasonable price and I'm happy with it.
Kept me dry through the wettest festival Glastonbury
This jacket is completely waterproof and everything in my pockets kept dry. It rained everyday with some torrential rain at the festival and still dry.
The jacket is stylish and light and a great colour. I would definitely recommend this Jacket.
great jacket
love the look and feel of this jacket, tested on a very blustery walk in the peak district. Kept the wind and the rain out i was very toastie with a fleece underneath. Hood stayed on snuggly i was extremely pleased.... all but for one thing. the fastening that goes round in front of the chin is absolutely useless. Way too shortl to fasten up. if it wasnt for this it would have been 5 stars.
I bought this for my niece who is at Nottingham Uni & walks in the Peak District most weekends, she put it on Christmas morning & I don't think she has taken it off yet, she was very pleased with every aspect of it & can't wait to try it out when she gets back to Uni
